Withdrawals
Withdrawals send USDT to your TON address after a short review. Only withdrawable balance can leave.
Steps
Open Wallet → Withdraw. Enter an amount above the displayed minimum and paste a TON address or choose a saved recipient. Include the comment required by an exchange. Review the amount and address, then submit. Follow its status in History and open the transfer link after payment.
What statuses mean
Under review: waiting for a decision. Processing: payment is being prepared. Completed: the transfer was sent; open its link in History. Cancelled: the amount was returned to your balance. If the status is not progressing, select the withdrawal in a support request.
Checks
Larger amounts may need a verified email and a minimum account age. A recent deposit can add a short hold — that is normal review, not a freeze of your whole account.
Wallet and saved recipients
Choose Verify my wallet and confirm in your wallet app to show that you own the address. This does not transfer funds; email sign-in remains available. Save recipient addresses with names and required comments. A manually saved address is not proof of ownership. Check the recipient before every withdrawal.
