Withdrawals
Withdrawals send USDT to your TRC-20 address after a short review. Only withdrawable balance can leave.
Steps
1. Open Wallet. 2. Enter an amount at or above the minimum shown. 3. Paste your personal TRC-20 USDT address (starts with T). 4. Submit the request and wait for review. 5. When completed, the tx hash appears in your withdrawal history.
Statuses and ETA
Pending means the request is in the queue. Processing means payout is being prepared. Completed means funds were sent on-chain. Cancelled returns the hold to your balances with a reason. Typical review time is shown in the wallet (often around 24 hours).
Checks
Larger amounts may need a verified email and a minimum account age. A recent deposit can add a short hold — that is normal review, not a freeze of your whole account.
Address mistakes
Always withdraw to an address you control on TRC-20. Wrong address or wrong network can mean permanent loss. Earnly cannot reverse an on-chain send to an incorrect destination.
