The data controller is LLC "Digital Corporation", Cyprus; contact support@earnly-network.com. We process email, display name, profile information, language, Google sign-in data when used, technical logs, task proof and transaction history.

If you sign in with Google, we receive your verified email and basic profile fields required to create or link your Earnly Network account.

Account, task and payment data are needed to perform the service contract. Security and abuse-prevention logs are processed for legitimate interests. Where mandatory requirements apply, data is processed to comply with them; separate consent applies to features that require it.

The service uses hosting providers, Resend for transactional email, Google when selected for sign-in, and TON API for public transfer checks. Hosting, email and authentication may involve processing outside the EU; transfers require applicable data-protection safeguards. Ask the operator for specific recipients and safeguards. We do not sell personal data.

Data is retained while needed for the account and its transactions. After account closure, records required for disputes, audit and applicable obligations may remain for the relevant period; other data is erased or anonymised. Ask the operator for criteria and periods for specific categories.

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability, object to processing and withdraw consent. Contact us from your account email; identity verification may be necessary. Requests are normally answered within one month under applicable rules.

You may complain to a competent data protection authority, including the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus. Task and withdrawal reviews may use automated rules; the operator reviews disputed outcomes on request. Necessary session cookies are used; optional technologies require a separate basis.
